The condition is good but not perfect.
The cover has a mostly white background and this has a little age-related surface wear. Most importantly, there is a little area of creasing to the bottom right corner.
Where the cover meets the spine at the bottom, at the very left there is a split from the bottom of the cover upwards of the spine of around 1.5-2 inches.
The images provided offer a further insight into the condition.
Difficult to grade the price of this issue, as so few ever come available.
