A quick internet dig suggests this is flat 128 of Elm Park Mansions. Unless mR Bendall changed properties within over time. Perhaps now yours! Brilliant images from the 70s - You can see the glass bricks of the building behind in one image suggesting this is at the rear.
Condition: An issue with expected wear for age. Details of the address written on the very top of cover from the delivery method. The main cover has a few large crease folds front and back.
