_____
We have noticed that on some occasions the pages do not run completely sequentially. For example after the cover and the contents page, the numbers jump a few pages. After some investigation we believe this is standard practice for bound volumes, with some adverts being excluded from the binding process. We mention this for entire accuracy, as otherwise you would not notice this with all stories and editorial being complete.

The Logo we have added to our images, does not of course, appear on the issues themselves.
