This is an exceptionally RARE issue. This cover is the almost impossible-to-find cover variation which has Carolyn Murphy on the cover, an image from the editorial within. As far as we are aware, this is the second time only that Vogue produced 2 cover versions, and it taken is many years to discover this one 

We are unlikely to find another in the near future. We've only seen a couple in 20 years of collecting. 

The regular cover was the TV Makeover issue.
