As almost 15 years have now passed since this version was produced in limited quantity, finding an issue is now quite scarce.
This particular issue contains an additional Steven Klein editorial with plenty of nudity which was not available in the other 3 cover versions. Featured within this editorial are images also of Rick Genest ( aka Zombie boy )
Condition: Very Good but with one small bump to the bottom corner of the cover near the spine.
